I used to be a big fan of Smithfield ham, but when they sold out to China, I quit buying any of their products. I am so happy to find a country cured ham that is made in our country. I'm really enjoying the Suncrest ham products I ordered!

Items were received thawed completely, at or above room temperature. I called in, spoke with QC man, who laughed at me for being concerned. He took my info and said someone would be reaching out to me. Its been a week and i haven’t heard anything back. I purchased these products after watching a raving review on you tube. However, i have been tremendously disappointed in their customer service.
