Refund policy

Suncrest Farms Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in curing and packing every ham with care. Because our products are food items and regulated for safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.


All Sales Are Final After Shipment

Due to USDA and food safety regulations, once your package leaves our facility, it cannot be returned or resold. All sales are final once the order is marked as shipped.

If you have any questions before purchasing — ingredients, packaging, preparation, or storage — we encourage you to reach out to us at contact.suncrest@gmail.com. We’re glad to help you get the right product the first time.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or if we’ve made an error in fulfilling your order, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Once we’ve reviewed the information, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund


What Does Not Qualify

We cannot offer refunds, credits, or replacements in the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Product left outside or not retrieved in a timely manner

  • Missed delivery due to unavailability

  • Refusal of delivery without prior contact

  • Changes of mind after shipping confirmation

Once a shipment is in transit, we are no longer able to modify or cancel the order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or edited only before they are packed and shipped. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is marked as shipped, it is final.


Shipping Conditions

We ship using temperature-resistant packaging, but please note that delivery timing, weather conditions, and pickup delays may affect product quality. It is the customer’s responsibility to track and retrieve the package promptly upon delivery.
