Very good, but it took too long to ship because all the cooler bags were melted and lukewarm.

I was first introduced to this wonderful company about six months ago. It was too good to be true to be able to order fresh or cured meat from the Internet. I honestly believed I was just going to get subpar products. I’ve been looking everywhere locally to find salt pork, side meat, cured ham, and nothing. Most butchers in the north don’t even know what I’m talking about.

I finally resorted to locating a butcher shop that would sell me 7 pounds of pork belly and curing my own. It took two weeks with fear and trepidation For a first timer it came out decently.

But when I found out about Suncrest, I was in hog heaven, so to speak. The nicest folks, residing in North Carolina. They are like walking into your local butcher shop. That’s the kind of service you’re going to get.

The products are fantastic. They come in insulated boxes with ice packs and in very good condition, even in summer. I throw them immediately into the freezer and one in the fridge. I’ve ordered several times and I am very happy with them.

AND… the prices are beyond reasonable, especially considering they send it right to your doorstep.

Really good. I often get BoJangles ham biscuits. The country ham they serve is sliced this like this and is very good. I fried yours up and served on biscuits to the fam. My wife does not usually even like fried country ham, but she loved this. I WILL BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!

Items were received thawed completely, at or above room temperature. I called in, spoke with QC man, who laughed at me for being concerned. He took my info and said someone would be reaching out to me. Its been a week and i haven’t heard anything back. I purchased these products after watching a raving review on you tube. However, i have been tremendously disappointed in their customer service.

I haven't cooked any yet, but the side meat was very good 👌
