I started Suncrest Farms with one simple goal: to share the honest taste of real country ham. It is the kind I grew up on, the kind that feels at home on a biscuit, around the holiday table, or on a regular Tuesday morning.
My dad taught me this craft the old-fashioned way, with patience, hard work, and pride in every ham we cured. These days, I get to pass that same knowledge on to my family and to the folks here who have become like family. Along the way, my wife and my Christian faith have kept me steady. That is important to me, and I hope it comes through in the care we put into our work.
