2 Store-bought Flatbreads (or if desired, handmade flatbread)

2 Slices Suncrest Country Ham Biscuit Pieces

1 ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Pineapple, cut into small chunks (or Pineapple Tidbits)

Balsamic Glaze

1 tbsp Butter

How To Make
1. Sear
Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the country ham slices and fry for 2 minutes on each side, then remove from the pan.
2. Prep the Pineapple
In the same hot pan (with the heat off), toss the pineapple chunks for 1 minute. This removes excess moisture so your flatbread doesn't get soggy, and it picks up the leftover flavor from the ham.
3. Assemble
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush a layer of olive oil, then spread the shredded mozzarella evenly over the bread. Top the cheese with your seared ham and the pineapple.
4. The Bake
Bake for 8–10 minutes on the middle rack until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
5. The Finish
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle the balsamic glaze on the hot flatbread. The sweet 'tang" of the balsamic brings the ham and pineapple together perfectly.
